Deaven Hanks, RYT200’s interest in physical training started at an early age as an athlete throughout her childhood. Over the years she trained through a variety of different HITT style workout programs and practiced Yoga occasionally to help stretch out her sore muscles. It wasn’t until she moved to California in 2015 that she truly fell in love with Yoga and all it has to offer, not only to the body but the mind and spirit as well. In 2016 Deaven completed her 200-hour training at Peace Love and Yoga and has been teaching ever since. You will find that Deaven’s teaching style is strong and direct, and is delivered with passion and positive energy.
