The Wilmington Yoga Center is home to North Carolina’s premier yoga teacher training program. We offer both 200-Hour and 300-Hour Yoga Alliance certification training so that you can continue your yoga education.
Our training school is certified at the highest level of national recognition and we offer many of our programs at other yoga studios. We offer three unique options for your 200hr training. They are set apart by their focus, but all include the foundational principles of yoga history, philosophy, and theory.
