Intermediate and advanced practitioners can easily find challenging sessions that push them to try new poses and train different muscle groups. If you’re looking for something less intense and more rejuvenating, we also offer meditation sessions and gentle yoga classes for all of our students. We offer more than 100 classes each week, so just speak with one of our instructors if you would like help finding a class that fits your skill level and goals.
Whether you’ve never been on a yoga retreat before or you’ve been attending them for years, yoga retreats allow you to take time away from the business of everyday life to focus on your practice. Our retreats vary in difficulty and intensity, though the majority of our classes accommodate students of every skill level. We provide fresh, healthy meals, rejuvenating activities throughout the day, and the opportunity to hone your practice and spend quality time with instructors. Each month, we offer a unique theme that allows our students and instructors to explore and focus on a topic or concept that provides in-studio and out-of-studio benefits. “Aparigraha,” which is the Sanskrit word for “greedlessness” is our monthly theme for the month of May. We’ve outlined a number of ways you can incorporate this concept into your life on this page!
