Anna Cait Wade, RYT200 is a 2016 graduate of the 200hr Kunga Yoga Lifestyle and Teacher Training. Anna Cait has been a passionate practitioner of yoga and mindfulness for many years after experiencing the powerful healing effects for both mind and body. She first came to yoga as an Ashtanga practitioner and later developed a love for Kundalini and Hatha practices, all of which continue to influence her teaching style. Anna Cait holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia with studies in Women, Gender and Sexuality and Contemplative Sciences. She is also a Conscious Social Change Leader with training from Gretchen Ki Steidle of Global Grassroots. Anna Caits strongly believes in bringing yoga and mindfulness to underserved and minority populations and has shared yoga with students in the Dominican Republic, India, and locally in New Hanover County Schools through Yoga Village. Anna Cait is grateful to her teachers, Jamie Annette, Heather Metzler, Jess Bichler and Shairal Chandra for their wisdom and contributions to her growth and journey.
