She is extremely excited to see yoga continually being recognized by medical communities both as a preventative measure as well as a treatment tool. She believes yoga is fantastic both for injury prevention and relief, and would like to continue educating others about the human body and it’s beauty in our yoga practice. Jessica enjoys teaching group classes and individual sessions focused on the principles of anatomy and biomechanics.
