Jill Hari began practicing yoga twenty years ago, and delights in exploring how the connection of the postures and the breath transforms us. She enjoys studying all methods of yoga, and being creative in her approach depending on the needs of her students. Jill taught yoga in Washington, DC and Alexandria, VA before moving to Wilmington, NC. She is a 500 hour RYT. Jill graduated from the Ayurveda Health Counselor program at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. She is passionate about Ayurveda and enjoys sharing her enthusiasm with all who are seeking good health and longevity. Jill is a member of Yoga Alliance and the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.
