Kelsey Neal fell in love with the physical practice of yoga after taking a hot Bikram class back in 2013 and practiced sporadically over the years, mixing her yoga practice in with exercising and dance training. It wasn’t until 2019, when Kelsey began working as a Yoga Advisor with Wilmington Yoga Center that she saw the true magic that was yoga and all the mental benefits that come with a consistent practice. After working at WYC for a few months Kelsey decided to take the leap and attended the 200hr Find Your Power YTT with Heather Metzler. As a certified personal trainer and ex competitive dancer, Kelsey is passionate about moving in ways that feel good in her body and yoga helps her do just that. Kelsey’s intention as a teacher is to help students feel empowered, strong and mindful throughout their practice.
