Liana Belanich, RYT200

Liana Belanich is a 2014 graduate of the Wilmington Yoga Center 200Hr Kunga Yoga & Lifestyle Teacher Training program and has a bachelors in Business Management from UNCW. She is certified in 5Elements Flow and is currently enrolled in the 300 hour advanced teacher training program through the Kunga Yoga School at the Wilmington Yoga Center. Liana took her first yoga classes at Rockland Community College in 2004 and instantly fell in love with the practice. Yoga has helped her to become her best self, taking care of mind, body and spirit. She loves to share what she has learned with others so they too can become their best selves and shine bright! She likes to teach all types of yoga including gentle and meditation, basic flow set, power flow and candle light relax and restore. Students would feel comfortable in her classes because she likes to motivate them to do what they can and have compassion towards themselves.
