“Whatever we are waiting for – peace of mind, contentment, grace, the inner awareness of simple abundance – it will surely come to us, but only when we are ready to receive it with an open and grateful heart.”
The teachings of yoga were revealed to Terri Diecchio, ERYT200 at the time in her life when she was especially open to receiving them – when she was faced with the uncertainty of what was next, after leaving an industry she was deeply invested in for over a decade. It was the physical practice of yoga, including asana and pranayama that helped her create space for stillness and surrender. Terri’s classes embody creative flow and mindful movement, with a focus on anatomy, alignment and breath. In navigating the balance between effort and ease in her own practice and life, Terri invites her students to slow down, cultivate a quieter space and receive the benefits of yoga as an integrated and embodied practice.
