Tim Worman, ERYT200 took his first Yoga class when he was very young, but began practicing regularly 8 years ago when he was diagnosed with MS. He was told by 3 medical doctors that it could help him regain balance and mobility. Tim made it a regular practice and before long he experienced so many benefits that he realized it would be a lifelong practice. Tim took his teacher training in 2013 with Pranava Yoga. Tim is excited about having the opportunity to share the practice of yoga with others.
