Ayurveda is a 5000 year old system of medicine with its origins in the Vedic culture of India. The foundation is based on harmony and rhythm with nature and its methods focus on ways to bring the body/mind in alignment with its own true nature. In modern life as well as in the ancient times, humans have always had to deal with stressors that will disrupt this balance.
