Chocolate Chia Pudding

Looking to put a different spin on breakfast? Make this delicious pudding and throw fresh fruit into the mix!


2 ¼ cups coconut cream

¾ cup water

1 ½- 3 tbsp cacao powder (1 ½ tbsp for milk chocolate taste; 3 tbsp for dark chocolate taste)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp stevia extract powder (or 1/4 cup agave or maple syrup)

1/3 cup raw chia seeds


Mix first 5 ingredients together to dissolve the cacao powder. This can be done by hand or with a blender. Mix in chia seeds by hand, cover and soak overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, add in whichever fruit is desired and enjoy!
