New Center Open Sept 16th with THREE new studios:

“Fire Studio”

The Fire Studio is the largest State-of-the-Art Radiant Heat HOT Studio in southeastern U.S. with anti-bacterial technologies and optimal climate controls. Signature Set & Mix Warm & Hot Classes are offered for all levels.

“Water Studio”

The Water Studio is the Newly Expanded Non-Hot Studio with cushioned, anti-bacterial flooring.  Intro/Basics, Relax & Restore, & 5Elements Flow classes offered.

“Earth Studio”

The Earth Studio is the newly renovated workshops and yoga teacher training studio with anti-bacterial flooring and sunlit tree views. Year-round 200 & 500 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings as well as massage and holistic lifestyle workshops offered.
