Hot Slow Mo Flow Yoga Class
Our Hot Slow Mo Flow Yoga class is one of four signature HOT yoga classes we offer at the Wilmington Yoga Center!
Hot Slow Mo Flow yoga classes are purifying, heat-building vinyasa yoga classes that stretch and strengthen the body safely and slowly while detoxifying and releasing impurities. The emphasis within Hot Slow Flow classes is on precision, alignment, and mindful transitions. Participants can slow down and heat up at the same time in Hot Slow Flow classes, and the slower pace makes these classes accessible to those that are new to practicing in the heat. Hot classes are heated to 95 degrees.
