Mantra.Music.Movement: Tools for awakening Prana Shakti (creative energy) on the path to embodied enlightenment.

Join Narayani on a journey deep within, through the study of mantra, music, and various types of movement including yoga and dance. Let’s work together to create a collective intention of finding joy and freedom everyday, by accessing the power of our own creativity. In each session we will explore asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathwork) to find freedom in the body, eventually moving into dance-based movement to commune with the spirit and shake it out, and finally will explore mantra (instruments of the mind) in a meditation through music- using our own sound creation as the vehicle for our intention. Students will be invited to participate in a Kirtan on the Saturday of the program- an interactive, call and response, musical meditation. No experience necessary, and all that is needed is an open mind and a willing heart!
