In need of balance? Try this mediation by Thich Nhat Hanh for an element of revitalization, grounding, clarity and freedom.
Find a comfortable seat where your pelvis tilts slightly forward and your knees are level with or below your hips. Relax your shoulders. Close your eyes. As we begin this meditation shift from doing to being an observer here. Instead of trying to control the breath process simply start to watch the internal dance that the rhythm of your breath creates. Take a few moments to anchor yourself in the present moment simply by watching the process of the breath. Drop into the experience of being in your body. Keep a hint of a smile on your face so the jaw stays soft.

Let go of your meditation here. Let yourself come back to the experience of being an observer. Watch the process of the breath and the sensations from a whole body perspective. Without judging, just watch.
You can use this meditation as preparation for a longer meditation or it can be just a quick tune up to rebalance and have you on your way. Namaste
