Raw Coconut Yogurt

Try this super easy and amazing recipe for a cool treat on these hot summer days!

Raw Coconut Yogurt

Ingredients:

2 cups coconut meat (about 2 large coconuts)

½ cup coconut water (from the coconut)

¼ tsp. probiotic powder

Instructions:

Place coconut meat and water in blender and process until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add probiotic powder. Cover and leave out over night. In the morning enjoy the finished product! Place in refrigerator. It will keep for about one week.

To add variety, add vanilla bean powder, cinnamon, fresh mango and/or strawberries. The raw coconut yogurt on its own will have a tangy flavor so sweeten it with agave, honey or stevia.
