Super Power Green Smoothie

If you are like most of us, it’s hard to get the required amount of daily veggies in the mix.  A great way to improve consumption is to make a smoothie to help fuel your morning.  Smoothies are filling, healthy, tastebud-satisfying and they help you get that recommended veggie allowance into your bodies.

Try this awesome recipe to power up your morning!

GREEN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup organic spinach or kale
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ organic Fuji apple, chopped
  • 2 dates
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Instructions:

Only to blend and enjoy!
