Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training
This dynamic training features over 60 hours of anatomy, an in depth inquiry into Patanjali’s Eightfold Path, advanced inversions training, and strategies and methodologies for taking your sequences to the next level.

Kunga Theraperutic Essentials
Specialize in yoga as therapeutically-oriented for musculoskeletal conditions, psychological states or a combination of both. This track combines nationally recognized yoga teachers + our own senior Kunga faculty.

Kunga Service Leadership
Learn advanced techniques in gentle yoga and meditation, anatomy, restorative, kids, pre/postnatal, business basics, boot camp and juice detox, senior yoga, assisting and, most importantly, about yoga off the mat and as a form of service.

About Wilmington Yoga
Established almost 20 years ago, with thousands of teachers participating in our programs, our yoga school offers comprehensive, in-depth trainings and nationally-recognized faculty with decades of experience. Our graduates range in age from teens to seniors, and go on to teach in studios, orphanages, schools, prisons, island resorts, gyms and hospitals, as well as becoming studio-owners, and teacher-training and retreat leaders. As the largest yoga center and training school in the southeastern U.S., our 300-hour trainings are Yoga Alliance approved, and consists of 300-hours of advanced studies. Your 300hr training combined with your 200-hour certification fulfills all hours needed to secure a RYT500 designation with Yoga Alliance. Upon completion of your training you will be a certified 300-hour. Yoga teacher. Yoga Alliance will require 100 hours of teaching experience in order to register at the 500 level.
