Practice Yoga Any Time
With more than 150 live yoga classes to choose from every week, we strive to make it easy to find a time to implement yoga in your life. We offer online yoga classes beginning as early as 9:00 AM and running as late as 8:30 PM (Eastern time). Most classes run between 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes, but you can join for however long you are able. With a membership to Wilmington Yoga, you can enjoy unlimited access to every one of our classes, so you can pick and choose which ones work best with your new schedule. No need to coordinate getting to the yoga studio — you can participate in our yoga workshops from the comfort of your home!
