Greeting, pancake lovers! Here is a quick, easy recipe for delicious vegan pancakes!
Ingredients:

2 cups spelt flour

2 cups soymilk or almond milk

½ cup unsweetened applesauce

2 tbs agave
-
2 TBS baking powder
-
2 TBS vanilla extract
-
1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions:
Mix batter together until smooth. Preheat the pan. Pour ¼ cup batter on the pan for each pancake. When the top bubbles, flip the pancake.
Serve with maple syrup and devour!
