Stretching across central Scotland from east to west, the landscapes of Loch Lomond, The Trossachs, Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, Stirling & Forth Valley are wonderfully diverse. With stunning countryside, mountains, lochs, glens and attractions, there’s no shortage of beautiful scenery and places to explore. Guests will reside in the quaint town of Buchlyvie, amid the rolling countryside. Throughout the week, guided hikes and group outings will be offered to explore the surrounding areas.
Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park: Scotland’s first National Park is packed with interesting corners for you to explore. Walk from the wide-open lush landscapes of the southern section to the sprawling glens and rocky peaks in the north and you’ll see why geologists love this place so much. The fault line that divides the Highlands from the Lowlands runs right across Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, making this an endlessly varied part of the world – rugged hills, wooded nooks and enticing waters. A day trip to Loch Ard in the National Park is included in the price.
Queen Elizabeth Forest Park: This 50,000 acre forest park stretches from the east shore of Loch Lomond to the rugged terrain of Strathyre and encompasses mountain and moorland, forest and woodland, rivers and lochs. For many visitors the attraction of the park lies in the peace and quiet, the magnificent views and the wide range of activities and facilities.
Stirling: A small city with a big history, Stirling is known for historic attractions and spectacular scenery, both showcased in the Stirling Castle. One of Scotland’s most historically important sites, the Stirling Castle was once a favored residence of the Stewart kings and queens who held grand celebrations at the castle. Today guests can walk the grounds and the gardens perched high above the city. A day trip into Stirling is included in the price.
All guest meals will be prepared by a private chef and are included in the price. Chefs will make accommodations for any food allergies/dietary restrictions.
Guests can Expect:
All Day “Help Yourself” style grazing is also provided that includes: Fresh Water (regular and flavored), Teas, Coffee, Fresh Fruit, and Nuts

Guests do not have to participate in any classes they would not like to. All levels are welcome to each class, with modifications offered to tailor each practice towards those present. Props will be provided and their use encouraged.
Yoga will be led by Heather Metzler + Jessica Bichler (See bio’s below.)
